Instant Gratification and Something to Look Forward To

Instant Gratification and Something to Look Forward To

The Cooper Prize 2021 exhibition is now online! But I'm really looking forward to May when we'll (hopefully) all be able to visit the actual gallery.

Meanwhile, as a tantalising glimpse of real, tangible artworks (as opposed to the digital versions—I really miss texture!), and incidentally, a lovely parquet: here's part of the exhibition in the gallery space—and it includes my painting (to the immediate right of the plinth with the sculpture on it)!

If you love it to bits (or even if you just rather like it), it's dead easy to vote for 'Playground of the Rich and Famous' in the People's Choice category—just click on the button below to take you to the page:

The Cooper Prize 2021 winners were announced in an online show on Friday evening, and you can find out all about them here by watching the replay. And all being well, you'll be able to visit the gallery from Monday 17 May to view the fantastic array of artworks in person, but for the time being, you can enjoy the exhibition online (just click the button below): For more information about the Cooper Gallery and visiting go to: www.cooper-gallery.com
