I painted NIMBY in December 2020, after we had the first snow of the winter. It made the extraordinary turbines look even more magical against the striking whited-out landscape, and is part of a collection of works I made investigating the relationship we have with our changing rural landscapes.
Framed in a contemporary black wood tray frame and ready to hang.
Finished with a low-sheen varnish for protection.
